So I don’t post very much serious analysis on here because I’m on tumblr to have a good time but sometimes I do and anyway before you argue with me or try to change my mind please consider:

I have written somewhere between 23 and 59 novels depending on whether you count new drafts or not.

I KNOW A LITTLE SOMETHING ABOUT STORIES.

I also know how I interact with media, the sort of things I like, the sort of things I look for, and how I generally interpret stuff.

I don’t mind people discussing things with me. I don’t mind if people don’t interpret things the way that I do. Just don’t swoop in all uppity thinking you can change my mind because you can’t.

Dragon’s Daughter progress!

The second half of the book is weaker than the first (I went through a few plot changes lol) but I finally got to add a nifty bit of backstory I’ve been thinking about for a few months.

Still 30,000 words to get through before the final consistency edit and off to the editor! Nice. Thank god.
