anyway I could only dream about writing something with as much fantastic world-building and character development as Twelve Kingdoms

it’s not like…a specific goal, but it’s definitely something I hold up as an example of the type of story I’d like to write

So anyway, I’m FREE and here:

if we assume that hanjyuu taika just end up with Laguz parents because, that makes sense, right? (if they do end up back in their own world, do they keep the shape they had before? Yoko’s appearance changed after she ended up there to reflect what she should have actually looked like, so what if both forms changed? weird)

if Soren was a hanjyuu!taika and ended up with a laguz parent like normal, but was born as a branded….taika bodies do conform themselves to the rules of the world they end up on so he wouldn’t be able to transform.

that would be a hell of a shock to find out later on that he can (also, would he keep his brand, he would probably lose it, wouldn’t he?)
