the nameless prince is called that because I guess his dad didn’t think he deserved a name (rude) and I can understand not wanting to speak the name of the Big Powerful Evil (?) Witch
but there’s no reason that the Old King and the Wise King and the Queen don’t have names other than pure laziness.
