He is trying, with much mumbling and complaining and having me log in as him to do everything, to fill out his contract to accept this job.
I have now been on the phone with him for 1 hour and 12 minutes, and we’re only halfway done.

hot take: if you need your admin to walk you through every single page of forms to fill out for a new job, you don’t deserve to get paid $80/hour
