Hector complaining about how difficult it is to get everyone in line with him being the new marquess and says “it’ll be much easier when we’re married and you can help me”

Lyn: “when we’re what”

Hector: “blast, I forgot something really important over there!”

Lyn: “wait!!!”

So one thing about Hector that I love is that he can’t keep his mouth shut??

If you go the Lyn/Hec A-support route it’s just hilarious how often he says mushy stuff to her almost on accident and then instead of dealing with it he runs away.

So we get lots of conversations that end with Lyn going “wait, what????”

until that scene at the end where she asks him to hit her and he’s like “I can’t hit the woman I love” and then does the same thing again, leaving Lyn to just be soooo confused (I guess there’s two parts to this: Hector is a giant teddy bear and Lyn is fucking oblivious)

I’m trying to imagine how sincere and heartfelt his feelings are but also awkward and ill-timed his proposal must have been honestly. Help me these two losers are still destroying me.
