I assume this is only a halfway position I mean I would use that as a beat (or to let the blow slide off and step to the left) then come back with a riverso sqalimbrato?

He shouldn’t be using his weak to block if he doesn’t have a plan (I guess it’s towards the middle of the sword but on the weak side of the middle so)
