also re: Binding Blade (again) I think it’s absolutely hilarious how different my party is in this game than in others because I find a lot of the mages kind of ~eh~ but the archers are like, tops.

Plus there’s Echidna, and I usually don’t like axe users. And I’m using a greater proportion of cavalry than usual too.

I’ve got this whole different vibe going on in this game than my regular play style.

I’ve waited so long to be able to give Sue her revenge. Nice.

now if they decided to remake Binding Blade (a hypothetical I have mixed feelings about) I would give it another shot.

And as long as they updated the writing a bit and made the hidden chapter goals actually discoverable by a means other than delving into the arcane and selling your soul to a demon, it would actually be a decent enough game.

It’s difficult enough to be interesting (like Radiant Dawn!) and it would be fun to try and meet the goals if I actually knew what they were, rather than spending the whole time stressing out and hoping the guide I found didn’t miss anything.

also literally how come losing Lilina isn’t a game over? terrible. this game is awful.
