When it comes to theater I love tragedies! And Rudolf is a great tragic figure – passionate but sensitive, a little dumb and a lot homoerotic. How can I say no to that?

I kind of wish we got more time with him in the musical but you work with what you get. 

A good character with a very good death scene. I’m just taking some points off for the infamous “cat” comment. WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?

Somewhere you wrote something about a phoenix cross stitch. Did you ever get that done?

I assume you mean the little mythology babies I was doing? No, I haven’t gone back to that. I was going to do 9 squares or so and then make a quilt with them but I think I need to re-evaluate the project and make some adjustments. Sorry!

Aw hell yeah! 

  • Who said “I love you” first
    • Hector! This is true in canon but it just seems to fit their personalities. He has a lot more understanding of himself and of other people than Lyn does.
  • Who would have the other’s picture as their phone background
    • Hector. He shows off his beautiful wife to literally everyone he meets and it helps to have a photo handy.
  • Who leaves notes written in fog on the bathroom mirror
    • Lyn. Hector likes to sleep in and she’s always up with the sun so she leaves him cute notes to brighten his morning.
  • Who buys the other cheesy gifts
    • Hector! The kicker is that he’s too easily embarrassed to give them to her directly so he just leaves them places for her to find and then she has to hunt him down later to thank him. (Hector being both the most empathetic person in that game and also so easily embarrassed about his own feelings is the BEST am I right?) Later on he gets more boisterous and stops hiding…but he always buys her silly things.
  • Who initiated the first kiss
    • Lyn, definitely. She’s a lot more abrupt than him and once she knows what she wants, she goes after it.
  • Who kisses the other awake in the morning
    • Lyn!
  • Who starts tickle fights
    • I think both would do it if they manage to sneak up on each other
  • Who asks who if they can join the other in the shower
    • Lyn.
  • Who surprises the other in the middle of the day at work with lunch
    • Hector! I feel like Lyn would forget to eat a lot if she gets involved in things and he always tries to take care of her ❤
  • Who was nervous and shy on the first date
    • Both of them…neither are actually very good with expressing their own feelings, they’re both better at expressing themselves through action. So on their first “date” date they were a little shy with each other… after a while though it sunk in that they’re still the same people and everything was fine.
  • Who kills/takes out the spiders
    • Look, I’m not saying that Hector is afraid of spiders…but Lyn lived a very outdoor lifestyle. I’m sure she saves them when she can and releases them outside, or kills them if she has to.
  • Who loudly proclaims their love when they’re drunk
    • HECTOR. Of course he does the same thing when he’s sober, once he gets over himself a little bit and is more comfortable in the relationship.

I’ve never read Le Cronache del Regno della Fantasia! but i know there are three different series divided in 14 books : each series has its protagonist. On the “Edizioni Piemme” website you can find the abstract of the First Chapter of the First Book: Il Reame Perduto, for free. Enjoy your reading and yes, Nives is my favorite too!! p.s i think there are also a page dedicated to these series on the Italian Wikipedia

Okay! I was thinking about starting with the Knights, if there weren’t any suggestions otherwise. Not sure how I feel about the idea of elves…..but I still have four more books to go in Principesse anyways lol.

I checked the wikipedia just to see what my options were, which is how I learned about the others.

Okey i’m italian and Principesse del Regno della Fantasia are pretty famous i’ve read it too. The series is fantastic but it could have been written better if: TeaStilton obviously doesn’t exist>Elisabetta Dami and her coworker write all the book but they change frequently this is why there are inconsistencies, Incanto is a Spin-off for little girl of 6 or 7 seven years old> very cute books but they are made with Nives, Kalea … only because the girls would also buy the other main books

I have such a hard time finding anyone else who has read them so I basically just do whatever I want. 

I used to use a Tea Stilton tag but since I figured I would eventually get into the ones written by “Geronimo” I changed it to be more general.

It’s fine really! I know I’m very rude but complaining about stuff is like, my favorite hobby. I actually really love the books a lot! (I would not be paying international shipping if I didn’t). I’m mostly causing a fuss for entertainment value.

Have you read any of the other Regno del Fantasia series? I’m not sure which one I should dive into after I finish the Principesse or if I should even bother reading the other ones or not.

Thank you so much for that last post. While I’m on Team Cam I seriously thank you for stating you dislike her without insulting her like I’ve seen a bunch of other people do. And I completely agree with what you said at the end. I’m a newer fan and the actions of the older fans have been making me want to avoid the older games all together.

I’m the first to admit that I’m pretty rude but I’m also careful to keep that rudeness on my blog (untagged b/c tagging hate is like ????why) or in conversations with my friends and not directed at people who happen to disagree with me about fictional characters

But please don’t allow the actions of a few (hundred) assholes prevent you from trying the older games because they are a lot of fun and have a lot of good things about them to enjoy.

I know it’s pretty hard to ignore this kind of baseless hateful mob so…good luck! Come vent to me if you need to.
